4321 Sold ("the App") is operated by Gooder Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you register as a buyer, we may also collect your name and a phone number.

Bidding and transaction data. We record the bids you place, auctions you participate in, lots you win, invoices generated, buyer's premium and tax applied, and your pickup status.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems; the processor stores your card and returns a secure token that we associate with your account so you can be charged for lots you win. We retain only that token and non-sensitive details (such as card brand and last four digits) as provided by the processor.

Pickup and identity verification. When you pick up won lots, our staff verify your identity against your account (for example, checking a photo ID at the counter). We record that a pickup occurred; we do not retain copies of your ID document.

Photos and lot content. Photos of auction lots are captured by our staff and stored on our infrastructure. These are images of merchandise, not of users.

Device and usage data. We collect basic technical information needed to operate the App, such as app version, device type, and diagnostic/crash logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to: create and secure your account; run auctions and process your bids; generate invoices and charge you for lots you win; coordinate and verify pickup; provide customer support; comply with legal and tax obligations; and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

How we share your information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the App, under contract and only as needed:

• Payment processor — to tokenize and charge your card.
• Cloud infrastructure and database provider — to host the App's data and photos.
• Email provider — to send account and transaction emails.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or us.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When you delete your account (see below), we remove your personal data except records we are legally required to keep (such as completed-transaction and tax records).

Your choices and account deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is processed promptly; certain transaction and tax records may be retained as required by law.

You may also contact us to access or correct your information.

Age requirement and children

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and bid. Auction bids are binding transactions, and the App is intended only for adults. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notice in the App.
